Two check-dams constructed at Borisinh village of Yavatmal block. Farmers form the village largely benefited by this activity. Save Indian Farmers, USA Assisted to this project. At the same time Rain Water Harvesting System developed in the village Bendoli of Nagpur district in association with Jankalyankari Samiti, Nagpur. This has resulted in increase in the water level of wells and irrigation of the farms. This project was funded by Mahindra & Mahindra.
